The Agriculture Education Center is a 1000 square foot grain bin that was generously donated by fair supporters in 2014 and is used to educate young people and adults about the importance of farming, crop growing, gardening and raising livestock.  Six workstations offer games to play that provide a journey through owning and operating a farm, selling at a farmer’s market, the importance of whole grains in our diet and understanding the mysteries of where our food comes from.  The Agriculture Education Center is set up with hands on activities and large screen monitors to see animal birthing demonstrations, planting and harvesting by local farmers.  The grain bin is totally educational and fun for families.
